We are committed to the enforcement of laws to protect life and property, while also respecting individual rights, dignity, and community values. We are committed to creating and maintaining active police-community relationships and assisting the local community in identifying and solving problems to improve the quality of life within our society.
Mission StatementThe mission of the Swayzee Police Department is to efficiently provide quality police service to our community by promoting a safe environment through a police-citizen partnership with an emphasis on mutual trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism.
Our ServicesThe Swayzee Police Department primarily patrols the streets of Swayzee, but when needed is also available to assist other local department such as the Grant County Sheriff's Department, Sweetser Police Department, and the Converse Police Department. The department currently has two marked patrol cars for more visible patrols.
