Swayzee Residents will be receiving a survey form during the month of March. The survey is being conducted to determine if the Town of Swayzee qualifies for grant assistance. Please watch for correspondence from Kleinpeter Consulting Group LLC, and complete and return the requested survey as soon as possible.
